During the summer of 2010, I participated in the Seminar in College Teaching offered by the Colleges of Worcester Consortium. Through this program, I developed a portfolio of teaching materials for a course introducing students to a geographical perspective on contemporary issues in food and agriculture. The syllabus for this course is available to download as a pdf by clicking the image to the right. Further materials, including discussion guides and sample lecture slides, are available on request.
